The majority of ex pats who move to the interior of Spain picture themselves surrounded by vast empty spaces which is all very romantic but can be highly impractical and very expensive.   The benefits of living in a Spanish village setting are many fold where you can find yourself embraced into the Spanish culture, the fiestas and activities of a vibrant, warm, friendly, family orientated community who care for each other.   Importantly, your home would be in a SECURE setting and the process of learning Spanish would be accelerated dramatically.  There are houses a-plenty to suit all pockets or for the more adventurous, the chance of buying a 'do-er upper' for conversion  is a real challenge for the DIY expert or alternatively, there are many builders available.

For your investment consideration, the value of urban property sees a greater rise in value than agricultural land.   There are all the utilities available without the need to spend Thousands and Thousands of your hard earned cash on the installation of electricty or solar, water, drainage etc...

A visit to this Village will put you in the true heart of Spain, that's something you wont find in a Hotel or a 'hideaway' which isolated somewhere in the countryside - the setting maybe very romantic but not informative, the culture is in the pueblos.  

 Of course, you may wish simply to take a well earned rest from the stress and fast living of the UK to visit this farming village, steeped in the history of the Peninsular Wars or to take the opportunity to enjoy the best birdwatching in Europe.  Monfrague National Park is only a few kilometres away.   Or simply sit in the garden - they come to you!! 

 The self contained, self catering luxury accommodation on the property (see amenities page) will be your home for the duration of your stay which has full amenities and is furnished tastefully.    Alternate (other than self catering) options are available.   Minimum stay two nights.
